Social /Community Events
Further to the support we provide for the community, we also love to throw a party!
Bringing local people together to celebrate special occasions really helps to boost morale,reduce isolation and gets neighbours socialising with one another again. Our social events are also a great way to get people from different generations mingling.

We also organise community trips and have had the pleasure of visiting Southport, Barnmouth and Trentham Gardens as a community in recent years. So keep your eyes peeled on our social media channels for info on these!

For those who might like to get involved in event planning, we hold monthly Community meetings (the first Wednesday of the month at 1pm) where we plan upcoming socials, so feel free to pop along.

King Charles Coronation 2023
To mark the occasion of having a new monarch on the throne, in May we held a street party complete with games, go-karts and a singer for the local community. Celebrating these kinds of momentous times together creates a real sense of community and memories to go with it.
West Midlands Mayor's weekend -Family Day 2023
In September, we decided to combine the West Midland's Mayor's weekend celebrations with our annual Family Day; we invited a singer, held a complimentary BBQ and had tonnes of games and activities going on for families to participate in together, all in the brilliant sunshine.
